Welcome. This gateway is designed to help teachers and other educators locate lesson plans and classroom-based learning activities in physical education. Many lessons and learning activities from credible sources have been identified. They are screened for their general educational value and commercialism only. You still need to check with your provincial/territorial guidelines, school district policies and use your own professional judgment on whether these lessons and activities are appropriate for your students. The Canadian Association for School Health (CASH) and the Canadian Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (CAHPERD) thank the Canadian Diabetes Strategy for the support needed to develop this collection of lesson plans. | 3. | Review the topics and learning outcomes that are found in the table below. These topics and learning outcomes have been identified from a variety of credible sources . However, they are not intended to be the final word and, besides, you need to select or follow the outcomes that are most appropriate for your students and are in your provincial/territorial Department of Education curriculum guides.. | ||
