The fourth annual school health conference will combine a series of pre-conference symposia on selected health/social issues. The common elements of a comprehensive approach to school health promotion will be left for the conference program. As a result, the events will offer something for all members of Canada’s growing school health community.

September 25-26, 2006	*Alberta Coalition for Healthy School Communities* Red Deer, Alberta This conference brought people from across western Canada.
August 22-25, 2006	*The Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities* The Atlantic Summer Institute (ASI) was held the University of Prince Edward Island in Charlottetown, PEI	Focus on school health research and use of data.
May 23-26, 2006	*Second Annual School Health Conference* UBC, Vancouver, BC This second annual conference brought together delegations from all provinces and territories to further the planning of the school health initiatives.
