Welcome. This gateway is designed to help teachers and other educators locate lesson plans and classroom-based learning activities on several chronic diseases. Many lessons and learning activities from credible sources have been identified. They are screened for their general educational value and commercialism only. You still need to check with your provincial/territorial guidelines, school district policies and use your own professional judgment on whether these lessons and activities are appropriate for your students.
